Opera Doesn't Like to Run for Days

Opera is a great web browser. It is designed to facilitate a pleasant web-browsing experience. It doesn’t seem to like to run for days at a time, though.
On OS X, it has to be forcibly quit every few days or so.

  1. I just turn my computer off when I’m not using it. Not only does this clean up memory leaks, but it also reduces my carbon impact.

I shut down the Windows boxes (and Linux when I’ve got one) when I am not using them. It is this OS X box that offers me convenient sleep mode; and I’m not bothered to kill Opera all of the time… until now that is.
